Don’t Take Vitamins, Doctor Warns in New Book

Offit presents a biased set of evidence. Virtually without fail, anti-supplement reports are either based on a poor understanding of the medical literature on supplements or politics. At http://www.supplements-and-health.com/vitamin-benefits.html is a very good, free article disseminating Offit’s anti-vitamin accusations. Getting to the whole truth is difficult in a culture embroiled in propaganda.
