Fun Size

Oh the thrill of adolescence! For some it still remains the agony of defeat, but everyone can relate to the uncomfortable angst of those formative years. If you're the "growing-up nicely" Victoria Justice (of Nickelodeon fame) life should be a breeze. For this gorgeous and smart over-achiever it's anything but in the teen-film "Fun Size."

Justice plays high-schooler Wren. She's preparing for her future, minding her mom (Chelsea Handler) and her mid-life cougar crisis, and has the cutest, and cleverest little brother named Albert...who cuts holes in all her sweaters and makes sock puppets out of the pieces.

When Wren gets invited by her class hottie to the wildest Halloween party in the 'hood, her luck may finally be looking up, until her mom decides to saddle her with her baby brother, while she goes trick or treating with her 20-something boy toy.

Wren ends up losing her wildly out-of-control little bro, who goes on a candy binge and hits the local dance club dressed as everyone's favorite web-slinger, Spider-Man. Wren and her friends borrow a car in search of Albert, and have a run-in with a pair of road raging jocks, then get busy in the back seat leading them to an interesting violation with a rooster. All in a night's work.

John Hughes is alive and well in this comedy for the entire family. As charming as "Sixteen Candle" was with a dash of "The Hangover" for that contemporary naughtiness, "Fun Size" is a good fit for any family super-sizing their Friday movie night.

The disc comes loaded with special features including a "Making of" the film, deleted scenes and a gag reel, not to mention a special look at the film's "perfectly sized," pint-sized trouble maker Jackson Nicoli who plays little brother Albert.

"Fun Size"
is available on Blu-ray and DVD $29.99
