A video of a man doing a gay circuit party-style interpretive flag dance as an opening act of an anti-LGBTQ hate group sponsored convention went viral last week.

Vehemently anti-LGBTQ hate group MassResistance brought more hate to the Lone Star State last month in a two-day conference titled "#Teens4Truth Conference: Countering the LGBT Agenda." The event, held in Forth Worth featured a "B-list" of anti-LGBTQ speakers, an exhibition hall, and a very unusual opening act.

"Derek Paul is going to lead us in... I don't know what he's doing actually," said event host David Pickup. "I haven't heard it yet, but it may be a pretty... pretty neat thing to do to kick off today."

At a further loss for words, Pick up "Whatever that means, Derek, great come on up and do it."

Paul, armed with two multi-colored silk flags and did a gay circuit party-style to "The List" by contemporary Christian artist Matthew West.

"I have come to begin worshiping God with flags over the past two years, teaching in churches, conferences, art festivals and even making them by request," said flag dancer Derek Paul on Facebook . "I have found that churches and conservative groups have been the most supportive of my expression in the arts than anyone."

The group hosting the event, MassResistance (which has been listed by the Southern Poverty Law Center as an anti-LGBTQ hate group since 2008) recently made headlines for inserting a pamphlet into swag bags at the Value Voters Summit titled "The Health Hazards of Homosexuality."
