Kim Davis Being Sued by Woman Who Wants to Marry an Animal

Kim Davis just can't seem to keep herself out of the spotlight.

Following a decision from an appeals court that declined a request from Davis' attorneys to vacate an order that found her in contempt of court for refusing to issue marriage licenses last year in defiance of the US Supreme Court's decision legalizing same-sex marriage, Davis is once again involved in a pair of lawsuits.

According to a report in Christian News, Elizabeth Ording, 27, is suing Davis along with Gov. Matt Bevin and Attorney General Andy Besmear for denying her a license to marry an animal.

According to the 56-page lawsuit filed on Ording's behalf, her marriage to an animal wouldn't be that different than same-sex marriage.

WRDB notes that Ording said the county attorney said that she'd be allowed to have a wedding with her animal, but the state wouldn't recognize the union.

Earlier in July, Mark "Chris" Sevier also filed a suit against Davis for denying him a license to marry his laptop computer.

Sevier has a long history of filing frivolous lawsuits.

In 2013, EDGDE reported that he tried to sue tech giant Apple for allowing pornography to ruin his marriage. According to that 50 page complaint, Sevier claimed that while using his MacBook he inadvertently typed "fuckbook" instead of "Facebook" as a search term. This led him to a host of websites that caused him to see pornographic images that he claim led to a porn addiction that ruined his marriage.

Later that year, Sevier filed a lawsuit against cable network A&E claiming that their temporary suspension of "Duck Dynasty"'s anti-gay star Phil Robertson robbed him of his right to hate homosexuals.
