Diet Study: 2 Big Meals Better than 6 Small Ones

A new study finds that eating two large meals a day leads to more weight loss, than having six small meals. Dr. Mitchell Roslin, chief of obesity surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, talks to the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts about the study and what it means.
