After teasing a star-studded new mixtape last weekend, Charli XCX has confirmed the project is actually happening. And it's coming out sooner than you think.

Billboard reports that Charli spoke with BBC 1 Radio Thursday, confirming the mixtape, which is called "Pop 2." She also revealed the project will be out next week. It features Carly Rae Jepsen, Tove Lo, rapper CupcakKe and more. It mixtape will be produced by PC Music's A.G. Cook and Sophie.

During her interview, Charli debuted a new song "Out of My Head," featuring Tove Lo and Alma.

"It's the first song from a very real mixtape that myself and A.G. have been working on for the past couple of months," she explained. "It's called 'Pop 2.' It's going to drop a week from now but I might release a couple of songs before the full thing. It's coming."

She then took to Twitter to confirm the project to her fans.

"Pop 2" will be Charli's second mixtape of 2017. In March she released "Number 1 Angel" and in the summer "Boys," a one-off single.
