Frankie Grande Breaks Up, No Longer in a Throuple

Thursday Jan 31, 2019

Frankie Grande is back on the market!

After two months of dating, Grande is revealing he and his throuple — a married couple — have called it quits.

"I am single. I've been single for about a month now," Grande, 36, told Us Weekly. "It's really good."

He added: "I'm super grateful for my last relationship. I grew so much in it, and at the same time, it wasn't working out anymore. I'm super glad that we decided to end things amicably. And that we can all remain friends ... that's the important thing."

The "Big Brother" star said that being in a throuple with married couple Daniel Sinasohn and Mike Pophi was "so complicated."

"You have double the highs, double the excitement ... but also double the lows, double the drama," he told Us Weekly.

Grande also went on to say that now that he's been sober for over a year, going through a "sober breakup" was hard.

"My emotions were so high and so heavy," the Broadway star said. "As breakups go, it was a good one. It was definitely a good one. But I felt everything."

Nevertheless, he said he has "no hard feelings at all" towards the couple.

"Thank you, next! I'm so bleepin' grateful for my exes," he told Us Weekly, referencing his sister Ariana Grande's hit single "Thank U, Next."

Grande first revealed his relationship with Sinasohn and Pophis back in November 2018. During an interview with Us Weekly at Bette Midler's Hulaween event, he introduced his then-boyfriends.

"[We've been dating for] almost three months, but in the gay world, it's like five years," he said at the time. When asked what's the best part of being with Sinasohn, Grande was blunt: "His dick," adding that he's also "very smart. So is Mike, Mike is also very smart."

During a Halloween Party on Oct. 31, Us Weekly reports Grande opened up about being in a throuple with Heidi Klum.

"I'm the new addition," he said. When he was asked how their relationship works, Grande said, "Let's just say it does."

"Mike and Daniel are both extraordinary people and I think the world of them," he said in a statement to Us Weekly at the time. "Each of them completes me in different ways and I am honored to be in this very special, very fun relationship."
