Fifty Shades Freed

The long awaited climax is finally here.

It would appear that finally all of her wishes have finally come true, Anastasia (Dakota Johnson) has made an honest man of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and the pair waste no time of getting their honeymoon going. But while the cat's away, there is a mouse at play that may pull apart their picture-perfect love affair, in the final installment of the sexy film trilogy, "Fifty Shades Freed." Based on the best-selling book series that inspired a sexual evolution, is not a revolution.

The pair may now be husband and wife, but that hasn't lessened their sexual intensity, especially whenever Ana tries to defy Christian. Her entire world has now been upgraded, from a full staff at home and a personal bodyguard that watches her every move; unfortunately for Ana, its made for some enviable circumstances. Mr. Grey, though, is still in complete control - something he may need to work on if they're to survive as newlyweds.

The pair will have their work cut out for them, especially when it looks like someone is out to tear apart their world, but who exactly is on their tail? Is it someone from Christian's past, or a jealous suitor of Ana's who has revenge on his mind? The stakes have been raised, as well as the body heat - especially in the "Unrated Edition" that's included with the Blu-ray release. When someone physically attacks Ana in their home all the added security comes in handy, but Mr. Grey isn't pleased to learn that someone has their eyes on his prize. He reminds Ana exactly who is in charge!

Looking to escape their predicament, Christian packs Ana up and surprises her with a weekend getaway that includes plenty of ice cream, sex in the middle of the night and piano serenades. "Fifty Shades Freed" capitalizes on its fanbase; it doesn't stray far from the novels themselves, and for the more adventurous the "Unrated Edition" will have much more appeal. The happy ending is all in the interpretation, and if you can make through to the climax - well, you know how it's all going to end.

The Blu-ray is packed with bonus features, including deleted scenes and interviews with the cast including the film's two lead stars. There's also an exclusive conversation with E. L. James, the author of the series of books, and music videos featured on the film's soundtrack. Though this chapter is now closed in the drama of "Fifty Shades," fans of the books can revisit the entire film series and binge all the way to the very end, pressing pause and replaying all their favorite moments - you know the ones we're talking about.
