Just because Kelly Clarkson has been taking over daytime TV in her post at "The Kelly Clarkson Show," in her night post on "The Voice" and "American Song Contest," doesn't mean she hasn't had time to sit and process her recent divorce into some songs.

As she told Variety, she did make a divorce album that she plans to release next year.

"I told my label, 'I can't talk about this until I've gone through it,' and it's just taken some time to do that," she said. "Some of the songs, they definitely cover the gamut of emotions; there's everything on the album."

The as-yet-untitled album will be a follow up to Clarkson's last album, 2017's "Meaning of Life." Once the album hits, Clarkson says she will also find time to tour.

"When you write an album that's so personal, it's just therapeutic to be able to get up there," she said.

But amid her busy schedule, Clarkson always has time for Dolly Parton. The legendary country music singer recently revealed that she remade her iconic "9 to 5" song as a duet with Kelly Clarkson.

"Nobody sings like Kelly Clarkson. She makes any song come alive," Parton said in a statement. "I love her voice on '9 to 5,' and I am so proud I got to sing with her on it. I'm equally as proud of the wonderful arrangement and production by Shane McAnally."

About the collar Clarkson shared: "I am so honored that Dolly asked me to reimagine this iconic song, '9 to 5,' with her!" She added, "I hope y'all like what we did, but even if you don't, remember I got to sing a duet with the magical Dolly Parton, and now have bragging rights til the end of time!"
