New Daddy KJ Apa Drops New Daddy Look
"Reset. One Fast Move,"�writes actor KJ Apa on Instagram along with his new look: a buzz cut that highlights his natural brown hair.reports People magazine.
The 25-year-old "Riverdale" star showed off his new style on Instagram Thursdday.
In the pic, Apa no longer has the boyish look he has on the show, where he plays red-haired Archie Andrews. He has scruffy facial hair and what appears to be a flower behind his left ear.
By Friday, he received some 1.5 likes, including one from actress Molly Ringwald, who plays his TV mom. "OMG," she wrote, followed by three heart emojis.
The look was a shock to many who likely only know Apa as red-haired Archie Andrews on the hit CW series. "To be fair, KJ has shared in the past�that he's a natural brunette—and has even rocked his real hair color in films like�'I Still Believe'�and�'The Hate U Give.' But while KJ is most famous with Archie's red locks, there was a time when he was nervous at having to dye his hair for the CW role," writes E! News.
"It was definitely really weird to see," he told�Teen Vogue�in 2017 about seeing himself for the first time. "But now I can't really remember what it was like before. I heard that only 2 percent of the population of the world has red hair so I'm feeling pretty good right now."
Fans responded with shock and awe. ""Omg, love this look on you, so STUNNING," one user wrote. Another added, "So weird seeing you without your red hair." But perhaps a third user summed up most fans' reactions the best when they simply wrote, "WHAT."

"Apa's newly shorn look coincides while the actor is making�'One Fast Move,' a motorcycling racing film also starring�'Euphoria's'�Eric Dane. The film just began production in Atlanta," adds People.
According to Deadline: "In the action-adventure pic from writer-director�Kelly Blatz,�a dishonorably discharged soldier (Apa) seeks out his estranged father (Dane) to help him pursue his dream of racing Supersport motorcycles. While training, he meets a small-town aspiring singer who begins to break down the walls his father's absence had built up."
"It's been a year of transition for Apa, who welcomed son Sasha Vai Keneti with model girlfriend Clara Berry in September," adds People.
Apa has been sharing pics of his son on Instagram, along with a number of thirst-traps.
