The Internet is Thirsty for Timothée Chalamet's Naked Drawing in Poster for Wes Anderson Film

Wednesday February 12, 2020

Searchlight Pictures shared the poster for Wes Anderson's upcoming film "The French Dispatch," which features drawings of the films cast. But people on social media are focusing on actor Timothée Chalamet's drawing, where he's seen naked in a bathtub.

Of course, the drawing of the Oscar nominated actor isn't exposing anything X-rated. It shows Chalamet taking a bath, a towel around his head, and his legs bent toward his chest while he writes on a notepad. And the Internet took notice:

"The French Dispatch" is Anderson's ensemble film starring Benicio del Toro, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton, Léa Seydoux, Frances McDormand, Timothée Chalamet, Lyna Khoudri, Jeffrey Wright, Saoirse Ronan, Willem Dafoe, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Elisabeth Moss, Christoph Waltz, Jason Shwartzman, Henry Winkler, Edward Norton, Anjelica Huston, and more. Not much is known about the plot but it has been described as a "love letter to journalists" and set at an outpost of an American newspaper in a fictional French City in the 20th century.

"The French Dispatch" hits theaters on July 24 and its trailer will be released Wednesday. Check out the poster in full below.
