Thursday September 10, 2015

Gay porn actor Mehran Chestnut, who performed under the name King B, died on Sept. 3 at the age of 24, gay porn website Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW) confirmed Thursday.

The cause of Chestnut's death has not been revealed, however the Atlantic Journal-Constitution published his obituary last week.

Chestnut starred in a number of gay porn scenes for studios like NextDoorEbony, Raging Stallion among others. According to Str8UpGayPorn, Chestnut was also known for his role in the reality show "That Life: Atlanta." Producer George Smith posted a tribute video in Chestnut's honor, which can be viewed below. Also below is an episode of "That Life: Atlanta" featuring Chestnut, who talks about his porn career around the 39-minute mark.

In the clip he talks about how doing gay porn impacted his dating life but that being a porn star taught him how to be financially savvy and independent.

"It really taught me a lot," he said.
