Gay Couple Lock Lips on NHL Kiss-Cam

A gay couple reportedly made history Friday, becoming the first same-sex couple to smooch it up on a kiss-cam in NHL history, according to Outsports.

Brad Parr and Andy Evens told Outsports they were secretly hoping to be caught on the big screen Friday night when the Los Angeles Kings played the Toronto Maple Leafs at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

After the men appeared on the kiss-cam and locked lips, the crowd went nuts and cheered.

"It was a particularly sweet night since the Kings were playing and beat my hometown Toronto," Parr told Outsports. "My parents and siblings live in LA but the rest of my family think I am a terrible traitor for being a Kings fan; I've lived in LA for 17 years."

This isn't the first time a same-sex kiss on the kiss-cam made headlines. In May of 2015, a video of a gay couple kissing at Dodger Stadium went viral.

The video of Parr and Even's special moment has earned more than 85,500 views on YouTube. Check out the clip (via Outsports) below.
