New Report: The South Loves Gay Porn

Pornhub Insights, the division of the popular porn streaming site that shares data about its users, released a new report this week, detailing the U.S.'s gay porn-watching habits. Interestingly enough, a number users from Southern States watch a ton of gay porn.
The report claims gay porn (male-on-male action) is up 45 percent since 2012 and shows Pornhub's users from the South are really into gay porn, more so than users from the North.
But Washington, D.C. came out on top (hehe), having the most gay porn watchers. Pornhub notes 3.37 of its gay porn watchers come from the U.S. capital. Coming in second is New York, with 3.3 percent. After that, however, a number of Southern states take over the list: Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana account for 3.27, 3.26, and 3.22 percent of gay porn watchers on the site, respectively.
Pornhub also breaks down the types of gay porn its users watch. In the West and Midwest, users search for "straight men" in gay porn. The most popular searches in the South and in the East were "black" gay porn. The site notes "black" is the top gay porn search word overall in the country. In second place is "straight guys" and "bareback" placing third.
