The first trailer for the upcoming circus-themed movie musical "The Greatest Showman" has been released.
Inspired by the imagination of P.T. Barnum,�"The Greatest Showman"�is an original musical that celebrates the birth of show business and tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.
Trading in his Wolverine claws for a red tailcoat and ringmaster's top hat, "X Men" star Hugh Jackman received top billing as circus pioneer and professional humbug salesman P.T. Barnum, the man credited with coining the phrase; "There's a sucker born every minute."
Co-starring with Jackman is Zac Efron and Michelle Williams. Rebecca Ferguson and 60s pop star Diahann Carroll also appear in the film which is due out on December 25, 2017.
