The luxury all-inclusive Blue Waters Resort & Spa, nestled on Northwestern corner of Antigua, will unveil the final phase of a three-tier multi-million-dollar property-wide renovation this month. Following earlier renovation phases over the last two years, in addition to minor upkeeps following superficial damage caused by Hurricane Irma, the 'new' Blue Waters Resort & Spa, an iconic Caribbean resort, is primed to welcome the next generation of travelers to its private stretch of paradise.

These latest renovations will introduce key upgrades to several of the property's common areas, which guests will discover the moment they arrive in resort. A newly refreshed lobby is now replete with new furniture and interior specification. The Pelican Bar has also been upgraded with a new bar, modernized furniture, a new sound system, and interior specification. Similarly, the Palm Restaurant brings diners an improved sound system and interior enhancements. Also, the Spa at Blue Waters in conjunction with Elemis has been updated with thoughtful touches, including new furniture in the reception and relaxation areas. New lighting has also been installed throughout the property, bringing a more contemporary energy to the resort.

Following a major overhaul at the end of 2016, the signature Rock Cottage Villa was further updated with new soft furnishings and state-of-the-art sound system for maximum entertainment. Additional room and suite upgrades across the resort include: refreshed furnishings and finishes, as well as refurbishments to the walkways and hallways around the Deluxe Beachfront Rooms. Further enhancements in the Cove Suites are being rolled out this month and will be added during the course of 2017 - 2018 for future hotel guests to experience.

The resort's mini-guests will find an abundance of fun in the upgraded Blue Waters Kids Club, with the indoor facility receiving new lighting, flooring, equipment, and furniture throughout. Coupled with the recently debuted outdoor "secret garden" as part of the resort's second phase of renovation, the Blue Waters Kids Club offers a well-rounded experience to keep children engaged and happy throughout their stay.

Additional property upgrades include new sun loungers and outdoor furniture for guests' pool and beach-side leisure. Nearby, Veronica's Pool Bar has added glass railings for a new, refreshed look, while updated sound systems were installed across all resort restaurants and at Carolyn's Bar.

"We're embracing the new season ahead with the final touches to our extensive renovation and very much look forward to welcoming back repeat guests, as well as meeting the requirements of new guests. From subtle touch ups and styling by our interiors experts to more pronounced structural changes, all come together to ensure a graceful evolution of the resort to meet the demands of today's travelers," said R.L. Randall, Chairman of Blue Waters Resort & Spa.
