'Pose' Gets Season 2 Airdate on FX

"Pose" is returning for a second season FX this summer.
Keeping in line with its Season 1 June premiere, Season 2 of the LGBTQ drama will debut on June 9.
The 10-episode second season of "Pose," co-created by Ryan Murphy, is getting a big change. There will be a time jump, leaving behind 80s New York City and moving to the 90s. The first episode of the upcoming season will take place the day Madonna releases her "Vogue" music video.
That's not all – Broadway legend Patti LuPone is joining the cast of "Pose" in a guest role. The show also stars MJ Rodriguez, Dominique Jackson, Indya Moore, Hailie Sahar, and Angelica Ross. Other stars include Evan Peters, Kate Mara, James Van Der Beek, Billy Porter, Charlayne Woodard, and newcomers Ryan Jamaal Swain, Dyll�n Burnside and Angel Bismark Curiel.
It was previously reported trans activist and creators Janet Mock, Our Lady J, as well as Porter, will direct all of the episodes in Season 2.
