No one is going to rain on Lea Michele's "Funny Girl" parade. She has brushed off rumors that she can't read. She has addressed comments about her being a difficult personality to work with during TV's "Glee." And, though she was recently sidelined by a COVID-19 infection, Michele is back on the stage and on TV to give her fans, and her haters, a sneak peek at her pipes.

As reported by Just Jared, the 36-year-old actress on Friday morning appeared on "Good Morning America" in New York City's Times Square to perform the classic song "Don't Rain on My Parade" from her starring role in Broadway's "Funny Girl."

She was joined by an ensemble from the production to perform the act one of the stage show's closing number, the same closing number she famously performed on the first season of Glee and at the 2010 Tony Awards.

Before the number, Michele was giddy with Glee talking to "Good Morning America" host George Stephanopoulos about the show's reception, her rave reviews, and what it would be like to have THE Barbra Streisand come and watch her performance.

"Everyone knows my love for Barbra. I've expressed that from Glee, from growing up, and she made Funny Girl what it is, so I know that we'd all be so thrilled. It would be incredible," she said.

Incredible indeed. See the full interview below and tell us what you think of Michele's accompanying performance.
