It was inevitable: "RuPaul's Drag Race" double-winner Jinkx Monsoon is headed to Broadway.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting the "Drag Race" Season 5 winner will join the cast of "Chicago," making her Broadway debut with the role of Matron "Mama" Morton for an eight week run starting Jan. 16, 2023. Monsoon, who also recently won the all-winners season of "Drag Race All-Stars" Season 7, is the first drag artist to ever play the role in New York City.

"I cannot stress enough that this has been a lifelong dream of mine," she said in a statement to EW. "To be making my Broadway debut, as my favorite role, in one of my favorite shows – that lifelong dream is coming true and then some. The first number I performed in drag was 'All That Jazz,' so this feels almost too serendipitous. But, I never question my blessings, I just thank Hecate for them."

Jinkx took to Twitter to share the news, saying it "has been a lifelong dream" to perform on Broadway.

She also recreated the infamous Kamala Harris video where she calls Joe Biden to congratulate him on the presidency.
