Watch: Final Trailer for 'Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again' Released, Features More Cher

READ TIME: 1 MIN.

The final trailer for "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again," the follow-up to the 2008 hit "Mamma Mia!" has hit YouTube.

The new film works both as a prequel and a sequel to the beloved film, which earned $609 million worldwide a decade ago, as Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) learns of her mother's past when she was pregnant. The film also features renditions of some of ABBA's biggest hits featured in the original movie.

The original "Mamma Mia!" cast is set to return, including Seyfried, Lily James, Christine Baranski, Julie Walters, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgard and Dominic Cooper. Though Meryl Streep, who plays Sophie's mother Donna, appears in "Here We Go Again" her role is unclear. "Here We Go Again" also features newcomers, Lily James, Alexa Davies, Jessica Keenan Wynn, Jeremy Irvine, Josh Dylan, Hugh Skinner and Andy Garcia. Oh yes, and Cher, of course. The pop icon will be playing Sophie's grandmother and Donna's mother.

Though the first trailer for "Here We Go Again" only features a brief Cher moment, the final trailer thankfully shines the spotlight on the Oscar winner.

"Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again," directed and written by Ol Parker, hits theaters July 20. Watch the trailer below.
