Watch: These 'Drag Race' Stars Are Getting Their Own TV Shows
READ TIME: 2 MIN.
They may not have been crowned America's Next Drag Superstar but a few "RuPaul's Drag Race" queens are moving on to some big things.
World of Wonder, the production company behind the hit reality show, announced Monday that it's rolling out its own subscription service called WOW Presents Plus. On that, fans will be able to watch nine new programs this year as part of its Sickening Summer Series, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Though she was the first boot on Season 10 of "Drag Race," the iconic performer Miss Vanjie will headline the platform's new docu-series "Follow Me," which will follow the daily lives of a number of past queens, including Season 9 and "All-Stars 3" star Aja, Season 6's Gia Gunn and others. That's not all for Aja - she's getting her own show, too, called "Ayo Sis." Miz Cracker, who appeared on Season 10, is also getting a show. Her's is called "Miz Cracker's JewTorials," in which she'll offer beauty and wig advice.
WOW Presents Plus is also enlisting fashion guru Brad Goreski for his own show called "Iconic with Brad Goreski, where he will trace the fashion history of drag queens. Other shows include the animated series "Drag Tots," fashion series "His Vintage Touch" and more.
"We're excited to bring this sickening new slate of summer programming to our worldwide subscribers to WOW Presents Plus," World of Wonder co-founders Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey said in a statement. "With animated, scripted, and documentary programming that reflects WOW's ongoing mission to give a platform to the underrepresented stories, the slate offers something for every squirrel friend this summer, available on-demand and around-the-clock on WOW Presents Plus."
WOW Present Plus's first slate of programming is now available for $3.99 a month. Click here to learn more.
