Watch: Sam Smith Share Behind the Scenes Clip for New Music Vid 'How Do You Sleep?'

Not long after Sam Smith dropped his new single "How Do You Sleep?" and its accompanying music video, the out British singer has shared the behind scenes clip.

The music vid was directed by Grant Singer and it features a number of shirtless men dancing with Smith, mannequins, and a BMX bike ramp.

"This year, both personally and musically, I feel so free," Smith said in a statement about the track last month. "More than ever I have had so much fun making this record and this video. Time to dance darlings."

In the behind the scenes clip, the Oscar winner opened up more about the song as well as his sexuality.

"I think recently with coming to terms with my sexuality even more than I ever have, and my gender more than I ever have, I think I felt this freedom to start moving in a way that's just more confident," he explained. "I was so scared before I got into the room.

"I think jumping into your issues sometimes and your insecurities can really help," Smith added.
