The latest season of "Dancing with the Stars" kicked off Monday night and the world got to witness President Donald Trump's former press sectary Sean Spicer dance the salsa.

Wearing a ruffled neon shirt and dancing to the Spice Girls' hit "Spice Up Your Life," Spicer and his partner Lindsay Arnold earned a total score of 12, placing 11th out of 12, edging out NBA star Lamar Odom by one point. Actor James Van Der Berk came out on top, earning 21 points and "Queer Eye" star Karamo Brown tied for fifth place with The Supremes singer Mary Wilson.

Brown faced criticism for his response to starring on "DWTS" alongside Spicer. He deleted his Twitter account after facing a backlash.
