Judge blocks gay orgs, anti-gay group from suit
A federal judge on Wednesday denied allowing several gay rights organizations as well as a California anti-gay group to intervene in a lawsuit seeking to overturn Proposition 8, the voter approved state ban against same-sex marriage.
