Istanbul's Pera Palace Welcomes the Holidays

Istanbul, Turkey - Enjoy the festive season with the special New Year activities in Pera Palace Hotel-Istanbul throughout December. All through the month, guests may enjoy festive season flavours with the special New Year afternoon tea service in Kubbeli Saloon Tea Lounge to get into the spirit.

Season's classics such as Ginger Bread, Hazelnut Star, Butter Heart and Chocolate Almond Cookies, Christstollen, Buche de Noel and special Christmas Dry Fruit Cake will go along with a selection of Christmas macaroons and cookie variations in the historical atmosphere of Kubbeli Saloon accompanied by live piano music. Christmas tastes and more will also be available in the historical pastry shop, Patisserie de Pera.

On Christmas Eve, the main restaurant of the hotel, Agatha, will serve a special menu to its guests that includes Seafood Variation; Orange Marinated Scallop, Octopus Carpaccio, Shrimp Parfait with Mediterranean Greens and Cucumber Sauce, Oxtail Consomme with Mini Mushroom Ravioli, Salmon Fillet Wrapped in Swiss Chard with Warm Fennel Salad, Pineapple Sorbet with Malibu Liqueur, Braised Duck Confit on Apple Infused Saut�ed Red Cabbage with Bread Dumpling and Cranberry Sauce, "Bouche de Noel" with Gingerbread Ice Cream and Cinnamon Flavored Vanilla Sauce.

Agatha will welcome guests on the New Year Eve with another special menu (please see below) accompanied with live trio music as well.

Spend the night in the comfort of Pera Palace Hotel.Two different accomodation packages have been designed for the New Year. The special "New Year Package with Dinner" includes one night stay for two in a Pera view Deluxe room, New Year dinner in Agatha (excluding beverages) and open buffet breakfast. The rate of the package is 485 Euro + VAT. The same package in a Golden Horn view Deluxe room is 535 Euro + VAT.

For guests who would like to spend the New Year Eve in the lively atmosphere of Asmal?mescit and spend the night in the comfort of Pera Palace Hotel, the package without New Year dinner in it, includes one night stay for two in a Pera view Deluxe room and open buffet breakfast. The rate of the package is 235 Euro + VAT. The same package in a Golden Horn view Deluxe room is 265 Euro + VAT.
