A lawyer from Manchester, N.H., who has strong connections to an anti-gay Christian law group, was arrested Friday on child pornography charges, the Concord (NH) Monitor reports.

The FBI arrested Lisa Biron, who is associated with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group of Christian lawyers that works against LGBT rights, after she took a teenage girl to Canada, convinced her to engaged in sexual acts and filmed it. FBI agents interrupted a hearing that involved child porn found on Biron's computer and arrested her on federal charges of transportation with the intent to engaged in criminal sexual activity, possession of child pornography and five counts of sexual exploitation of children.

When FBI agents searched her home they discovered 200 rounds of ammunition, according to prosecutor Helen Fitzgibbon. Two witnesses claim that they saw Biron with marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy. The attorney also accused her of threatening the individual who turned her into police for possessing child porn. Biron allegedly texted the man that he would have to watch his back "FOR EVER."

According to the authorities, a man told police that he saw child porn on her computer. After officiers received a search warrant, a forensic search was completed on her computer. She was then arrested once investigators discovered the pornographic materials.

The Alliance Defending Freedom describes itself as a "servant ministry building an alliance to keep the door open for the spread of the Gospel by transforming the legal system and advocating for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family." The organization's website also has a section that explains its fight against gay marriage. It has helped in the fight to defend California's Proposition 8.

Biron is scheduled to face a jury in January. If convicted, she could be sentenced anywhere from 10 years to life in prison.
