B.A.R. publisher plaque unveiled

Bay Area Reporter publisher Michael Yamashita, left, admired the Rainbow Honor Walk plaque for Bob Ross, the paper’s founding publisher, with former state legislator Mark Leno, former B.A.R. publisher Thomas E. Horn, Board of Supervisors President Rafael Mandelman, and former supervisor Bevan Dufty. A small crowd of B.A.R. staff, freelancers, and others paid tribute to Ross, as did members of the San Francisco Imperial Court, at the plaque’s November 17 unveiling. For more, see related story.
