'Winter Rendezvous,' Gay Ski Week Stowe, VT

The largest and longest-running gay and lesbian ski event on the east coast, attracting hundreds of LGBTQ skiers and riders to Stowe, Vermont each year, offers a diverse lineup of activities, parties and entertainment. Five days of skiing and snowboarding take place on Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak.

Enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the world class trails of the Trapp Family Lodge, the official Nordic Center of Winter Rendezvous. Other outdoor activities include horse drawn sleigh rides, dog sledding and bonfires. Ski all day, party all night with entertainment that includes kick-off party, apr�s-ski, wine tastings, giant indoor pool party, at the Trapp Family Lodge, on mountain pizza party, champagne and strawberries reception, downhill drag race competition, dance parties, welcome receptions and much more.

Live performances, by Bianca Del Rio, winner of "RuPauls Drag Race," Dixie Longate and special appearance from Vermont's own House of Lemay. Dance to the beats of DJ Harrison from Boston, DJ Mary Alice, direct from the Boat Slip in Provincetown, MA. There is something for everyone, skiers and non-skiers alike, at Winter Rendezvous.

This fun ski-filled event will take place Wednesday, Jan 21 - Sunday January 25, 2015, at one of the most beautiful ski resorts in the country, Stowe Mountain Resort.
