Once Upon A Time - The Complete Fourth Season

A chilling frost descends upon the citizens of Storybrooke in "Once Upon a Time -- The Complete Fourth Season!" It's hard to let go of the success of the hit animated film "Frozen" that featured that song we just couldn't get out of our heads, but it was only a matter of time before Disney evoked a cross-marketing spell and interjected some of its more contemporary characters onto this popular ABC Original Drama.

Set in a fictitious magical kingdom where storybook characters from myths and fables (and many of the most popular animated classics) live alongside "real life" people, the adventure series continues to follow the trials of Emma Swan, who has unwittingly released the Snow Queen, Elsa, upon countless innocents, while her beloved sister Anna learns that there may be a way to break the curse that has chilled hearts to the core.

The plot twists continue in the Fourth Season of the hit show, which has benefited from the high-profile addition of several famous villains. The plot thickens as Maleficent, Cruella de Ville and Ursula spread their unique brand of evil and make trouble for Emma, Hook and Regina (who has found the time settle down with Robin Hood), but ultimately this is one happy ending that may well come with its share of consequences.

The cast has nearly doubled since the series launched, and the subplots have gotten slightly out of hand, but isn't that what makes for the best fairy tales? "Once Upon a Time" is still charming, and features enchanting storytelling from Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, proving there is still more adventure to be had. Emma's story continues to unfold, and as more heroes (and villains) come into the mix "Once Upon a Time" is a mash-up that is entertaining for the whole family.
