Report: Trans Model to Replace NeNe Leaks on "Real Housewives of Atlanta."

A transgender model will replace reality star NeNe Leaks on Bravo's hit reality show "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Variety reports.

Amiyah Scott will become the first trans woman to be featured on any "Real Housewives" show. Variety notes it's not yet known in what capacity Scott will appear on the program since discussions recently started.

Bravo hasn't confirmed Scott's role on the show, but sources told Variety she attended an event Monday night with the cast of "RHOA" where they filmed scenes for Season 8.

The source told Variety Bravo officials have not made any decisions about Scott's casting; if she will have a full-time role or be a "friend of the housewives" or something smaller. The Monday event was the first time Scott filmed anything for the reality show.

Scott is the latest trans women to be involved in reality TV. Earlier this summer, "Big Brother" cast its first trans houseguest, Audrey Middleton, who was voted out of the game in July. Additionally, Caitlyn Jenner's "I Am Cait" on E! is currently airing as is TLC's "I Am Jazz," which follows a 14-year-old trans teen.
