Update: Details of Gay Porn Actor's Death Emerge

Gay porn performer Mehran Chestnut, a.k.a. King B, died earlier this month, it was recently reported. Details on the 25-year-old's death weren't immediately known, but a report from the LGBT Atlanta-based newspaper Project Q reveals he died on Sept. 4 and was found dead and naked in a Midtown Atlanta hotel room.

The newspaper says Chestnut died just days after telling friends he lost his job and was suffering from seizures. He was found on the floor of a room in the Hyatt Atlanta Midtown by a man he met online the night before, Atlanta police said in a report. The men met online on Sept. 3 and picked Chestnut up from his home and went to the hotel.

"[The man] stated that they both fell asleep around 12:30 a.m. and when he woke up, he tried to wake Mr. Chestnut but he was not responding," the police report reads. The man then called 911.

Chestnut was found around 6:30 a.m. holding a bottle of Black Max poppers, the report states. The cause of death has yet to be announced as officials are currently waiting on toxicology results.

Authorities are not treating Chestnut's death as homicide, however.

Project Q notes Chestnut suffered from sizes, according to posts on his Facebook. The newspaper writes, ..."he shared text messages with a friend in late August disclosing that he suffered from grand mal seizures, which can include a loss of consciousness and violent muscle contractions and are often caused by epilepsy," and notes some poppers warn a side effect can include grand ma seizures.

The latest post on his Facebook, which was posted on Sept. 5, reads: "Mehran passed away 9/4/15. He will be cremated. No public service will be held. We will miss him. From his family"

Chestnut was featured in several gay porn scenes for porn studios like Next Door Ebony and Raging Stallion. He was also known for his role in the reality show "That Life: Atlanta." Producer George Smith posted a tribute video in Chestnut's honor, which can be viewed below.
