The Human Centipede - The Complete Sequence

Fans have been clamoring for it and now their prayers have been answered. The entire film series of the cult hit "The Human Centipede" now hits the market.

Known as "The Human Centipede: The Complete Sequence," the three films presented here are the unrated director's cuts.

These depraved and gross films aren't really my cup of tea, with the exception of the second in the trilogy because of its unique concept. The stories of people who get kidnapped and made into human centipedes (by literally getting stitched together) are for those that like their horror nasty.

The film that started it all, "The Human Centipede (First Sequence)" caused a stir in the horror world upon its initial release. Concerning a female group of tourists who are kidnapped and tortured, horror fans got an eyeful of females that get stitched to each other's rectums. It was only the beginning.

"The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)" takes the concept of the first film and turns it upside down. A disturbed loner mimics the events of the first film and creates his own human centipede.

The third film in the trilogy, "The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence)" expands on the ideas in part 2 and features the once-popular Eric Roberts in a lead role.

As per usual, the special features on Scream Factory's Blu-ray set go above and beyond what other horror entertainment companies include on their discs. Brand new featurettes adorn each movie and three separate audio commentaries can be heard by director Tom Six. It's interesting to hear Mr. Six discuss why he chose to make such depraved films.

You'll also get trailers, deleted scenes, and some behind the scenes footage from all the "Human Centipede" films.
