Reports: Porn Star Suing Josh Duggar for $500K for Assault

The Josh Duggar saga may land him in the courthouse.

A porn star who says Josh Duggar paid her to sleep with him is suing the disgraced reality TV star for more than $500,000, alleging she was assaulted during rough sex, according to a number of reports, including TMZ.

Back in August, Danica Dillion spoke with InTouch Weekly under a lie detector and rehashed her encounter with the former "19 Kids and Counting" star -- days after Gawker revealed Duggar had two paid accounts on the hacked infidelity website Ashley Madison.

Dillion claimed she met Duggar at the Gold Club strip club in Philadelphia, Pa., in March where she was working at the time. She said the father of four was "eyeballing" her and paid her $600 for lap dances and "thousands of dollars" more to spend two nights with him.

According to the documents obtained by TMZ, Duggar agreed to pay Danica $1,500 to have sex. The suit alleges Duggar "manhandled" and physically assaulted the porn star so badly that she felt like she was being raped, TMZ reports. Dillion said Duggar tracked her down a month later to apologize for the incident, but he assaulted her again when the two of them were alone, according to the suit.

Dillion said she suffered emotionally and physically and is currently seeing a psychiatrist. She is allegedly seeking more than $500,000 in damages.

Documents related to the suit were also obtained by InTouch -- the same publication that initially exposed Duggar earlier this year and reported he molested a number of girls (including his own sisters) when he was a teen.

"The defendant may be subject to [having to talk about] his prior bad [or] sexually abusive acts at trial," Dillion's attorney Marc Frumer told InTouch. "They are all relevant if he takes the stand."

"The defendant has a history of sexual and physical abuse towards women, particularly those he perceives as vulnerable or weak," Frumer added. "He has to be held responsible for his actions."

Duggar is currently in a faith-based rehab facility after admitting to being unfaithful to his wife and claiming he has a sex addiction.
