Gay Porn Performer Sentenced to 3 Months Probation For Allegedly Beating Wife

A gay-for-pay porn performer, who was arrested in Florida last September on a number of charges after allegedly beating his wife unconscious, was sentenced to three months probation, according to Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW).
According to the website, the state of Florida dropped its domestic battery charge against Sebastian Young, whose real name is Joshua Noles.

In what was likely a plea deal, Young admitted to violating probation in connection with separate charges on a separate case that the state had planned on prosecuting concurrently. But instead of prosecuting him on those charges-leaving the scene of an accident, property damage, reckless driving-the state allowed Young to simply admit to violating probation. His sentence for violating probation is just three months and three weeks of more probation.
At the time of his arrest, it was reported that Young came home acting "very strange" and told his wife he believed "someone had been following him all day." Young's wife, who believed he was high on methamphetamine, told authorities her husband had bloodshot eyes and asked him to leave their home. That's when the porn actor became irate and allegedly beat his wife, according to police.
Notes allegedly threw cake and a cutting board at his wife before she locked herself in the bathroom. She told Young she would call police but he allegedly told her: "I would die before going back to jail." A police report obtained by Str8UpGayPorn said Young then broke down the door and beat his wife unconscious.
This isn't the first time Young has been in trouble with the law. He's reportedly been arrested and was convicted several years ago for an assault on an elderly person over 65, spending nearly two years in prison for the incident, Str8UpGayPorn notes. He's also been arrested for multiple drug, DUI, burglary, traffic and battery charges over the last 12 years.
Young recently took to Twitter and commented on the latest incident.
