As if that isn't bad enough, our heroes must confront guest star Alfre Woodard, and prepare to retake their ship while recruiting an underground resistance faction to continue their fight for survival. Filled with intense military action and drama, "The Last Ship" continues to surprise and gains a fan-following, competing against a series of action shows that follow a similar formula.
