NYC Lawyer Reprimanded, Caught With Zipper Down

A defense lawyer from the Bronx was reprimanded by a judge for allegedly badmouthing his client's victim. Moments later, when leaving the courtroom, he was embarrassed for a second time and caught with his zipper down, the New York Daily News reports.

Lawyer Robert Feldman, who is defending a Rikers Island exec charged with ordering an attack of an inmate, was scolded by Bronx Supreme Court Justice Steven Barrett for reportedly writing on Facebook that the victim is a "lying stoned retard." Shortly after, he was photographed with his zipper down when leaving the courtroom.

"Your first incident making faces or rolling eyes, in my judgment, violated my direction," Barrett told the hunky lawyer. "It's quite different when you make a statement that is publicly available."

The New York Daily News points out Feldman once was featured on the cover of a gay porn video called "Real Couples 3" and took to Facebook to blast inmate Jamal Lightfoot. According to a screen shot obtained by the newspaper, the lawyer wrote that Lightfoot is a "lying stoned retard who does armed robbery."

Barrett told Feldman to stop blathering "if there's a question in your mind of whether you are stepping over the line," according to the New York Daily News.

"I apologize, judge," Feldman said. He argued that he didn't know he couldn't discuss the case online.

"That's the end of this conversation," Barrett told the lawyer. "Do not engage in public statements. That includes social media."

Feldman is defending Eliseo Perez Jr., a former assistant head of security at Rikers who is accused of ordering a group to beat Lightfoot in July 2012.
