Watch: Charlie Sheen Dishes on Bogus Jewelry Donald Trump Passed Off as Wedding Gift

READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Actor Charlie Sheen has been laying low ever since he went on "The Dr. Oz Show" to denounce a quack of a physician who claimed he cured the "Two and a Half Men" star's HIV with a treatment involving goat milk. Now Sheen is back in front of the cameras. Only now, he's after another man he considers to be a charlatan - presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump.

Speaking on Britain's "The Graham Norton Show" last week, Sheen was asked if he was a "fan" of the billionaire reality show personality turned politician.

"No, I'm really not," Sheen said.

Sheen went on to recount a story about how Donald Trump once took cufflinks off his own shirt and presented them to the actor as an early wedding gift to him and his now ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

'These are platinum diamond Harry Winston," Trump said according to Sheen.

A pretty generous act, you might think. And then Sheen got into the dishy part of the story.

"So smash-cut to about six months later, I have some jewelry getting appraised at the house and she finished and was leaving, and I said, 'Oh yeah, you know there's a couple other pieces I have that I'm very curious about. Would you mind appraising these?'" said Sheen. "She said, 'Oh, what are they?' I explained the dinner, this and that, these are from Donald Trump, Harry Winston, flawless Ds, platinum. She took the loop, spent about four seconds, and kind of recoiled from it-much like people do from Trump."

According to Sheen, the appraiser said "in their finest moment, these are cheap pewter and bad zirconias."

"And they're stamped 'Trump,'" he added.

For Sheen, the experience is a metaphor for the promises coming out of Donald Trump's campaign for the presidency.

"What does this really say about the man?" Sheen asked. "That he said this is a great wedding gift, and it's just a bag of dogshit?'"

Sheen is set to appear with Trump supporter Piers Morgan for a tell-all interview at London's Theatre Royal on Sunday.
