Calamari Sisters' Brand New Show Brings Laughs, Cooking & More Back to Ptown This Summer

Sage Inn & Lounge, Cape Cod's leading destination for food enthusiasts, today announced that, starting on July 5, The Calamari Sisters, will be bringing comedy, cooking, dancing and singing back to Provincetown for their highly anticipated new show, "The Calamari Sisters' SausageFest."

The only all-singing, all-dancing and all-cooking show in Provincetown, "The Calamari Sisters' SausageFest" follows the lives and hilarious hijinks of two brassy broads from Brooklyn, Delphine and Carmela Calamari. Attendees will learn their secret recipes for delicious street fair goodies, hear hilarious Calamari family anecdotes, taste their sausage and peppers, help them make fried dough, and compete in the annual fertility and virility competition while the Sisters sing LIVE their own special versions of Broadway and Pop favorites.

Called a "high-energy show with a lot of belly laughs" by Provincetown Magazine, "laugh out loud funny" by the Philadelphia Inquirer and "Laughter from Start to Finish" by Broadway World, The Calamari Sisters have gained critical acclaim across the U.S. for their outrageous and interactive shows.

"The Calamari Sisters have graced stages all over the country and we are excited to bring them back to Provincetown for the third year," said Jeanne Leszczynski, co-owner of Sage Inn & Lounge. "This is one of the few shows in Provincetown that offer something for everyone."

Owned by Leszczysnki and partner, Diane DiCarlo, Sage Inn & Lounge opened in 2012 following a major renovation.
