Victim's Leg Broken in Hell's Kitchen Anti-Gay Attack

Manhattan's �ber gay neighborhood Hells Kitchen was the site of an anti-gay attack that left a victim badly beaten with a broken leg.

DNAInfo reports that a 25-year-old man was leaving gay bar Vodka Soda/Bottoms Up on West 46th Street on July 17 around 3:30 a.m. when a group of five men started following him down the street.

According to the NYPD, the man says that the group was yelling anti-gay slurs in Spanish while following him as he headed west to Ninth Avenue.

When the man reached Ninth Avenue, the group had caught up to him and started punching and kicking him, leaving his leg broken in two places.

The unnamed victim was only able to remember what two of his attackers looked like.
