Watch: Broadway's Laura Benanti Returns to Late Night as Melania Trump

Tony Award-winner Laura Benanti returned to late night television Tuesday night with her spot-on impersonation of Melania Trump.
Appearing on the "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," Benanti spoofed the potential first lady's assertion that the now infamous "pussygate" scandal was the result of her husband being "egged-on" by former "Access Hollywood" and fired "Today Show" host Billy Bush.
"Let me just get this straight," Colbert said. "Melania's defense of Donald Trump - the man who wrote "The Art of the Deal," is that he got out-maneuvered by a guy who has been deemed by the "Today Show" to be unqualified to watch someone else make a festive fall frittata."
"If Billy Bush can manipulate Donald Trump, then we have to keep President Trump away from heavy hitters like Mario Lopez."
