Gay Porn Actor Accused of Faking His Own Death
READ TIME: 2 MIN.
Earlier this month, gay porn actor Ian Greene took to Twitter to share the tragic news fellow performer Killian James died. But gay porn news site Str8UpGayPorn (extremely NSFW) is now reporting James allegedly faked his death and that he is alive.
Greene was contacted by an anonymous person, who told him James died. That person also reportedly contacted at least four other well-known gay porn stars recently, also sharing the bad news. Str8UpGayPorn posted text screen shots from the person, named "Phil" who has a Manhattan area code. "Phil" says he's a gay porn fan and that he's sorry James took his own life.
Str8UpGayPorn reports the porn stars who were contacted didn't recognize the number and started to investigate James' alleged death by calling local hospitals and sending police to his home.
Gay porn actor Brandon Wilde tweeted, "cops are on the way to Killian's house. They have no record of him dying by his legal name or D/O/B!!" He later added James "[probably] started this fucking shit himself!! He needs to call me ASAP! Cops will be wanting to speak with him."
Not long after, text messages between James, a friend, and fellow performer Seth Knight were posted to Twitter, indicating James is alive.
"Killian isn't dead...I'm with him now...we are laughing our asses off...who started this rumor?!!!" a text screen shot Str8UpGayPorn posted reads.
The messages believed to be from James reads: "These comments are great, Ian Greene is silly for a post that on Twitter, he was just looking for attention."
You can read the full-text exchange posted by Str8UpGayPorn by clicking here (again, extremely NSFW).
Str8UpGayPorn reports it's unclear who started the fake death news but Greene and Wilde, among other, believe James faked his own death.
James is a controversial figure in the porn industry as he allegedly threatened fellow actors and allegedly used the "n-word" in emails, according to the website.
