Watch: Naked Bros 'Passionately' Make Out, Get Arrested for Allegedly Punching Woman in Head

Police arrested two brothers in Indianapolis, Ind. last week after they apparently got high on mushrooms, allegedly got naked, "passionately" made out with each other and terrorized residents in their apartment complex. One of the brothers is also accused of punching a woman in the head, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Noah Batz, 24, and Timothy Batz, 21, were arrested on March 10 and face a number of charges after a bizarre and violent incident, where one of the brothers allegedly threatened to kill a woman.

The men allegedly fought with each other and broke into two cars, according to court documents about the incident that were obtained by the newspaper. The brothers were charged with resisting law enforcement, actively related to obscene performance, public nudity, two counts of criminal mischief and two counts of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle.

Noah Batz also faces one count of battery resulting in a bodily injury. Timothy Batz faces one count of possession of marijuana.

When police arrived to the scene, they found the brothers walking around naked in the parking lot of their apartment complex. Noah Batz later told police he and his brother smoked mushrooms before the incident and that Timothy Batz also smoked pot, the court documents say. Noah Batz also allegedly assaulted one woman and threatened another.

"We knew it was something beyond just being drunk or high... it was something heavy duty. Not a good batch of whatever he got," witness Aimee Payton told Fox59. Of Noah Batz, she said, "He was extremely aggressive and then to hear later he punched somebody, it wasn't surprising with how agitated he was and he continued to get more and more agitated."

Another witness, who was not identified, told authorities she heard the brothers screaming and saw them "completely naked" on top of each other on the sidewalk, say the documents obtained by Indianapolis Star. When the men noticed her, they started yelling and Noah Batz chased her into her car where he allegedly punched her in the forehead, the documents say.

Another witness, identified as an assistant manager of the apartment complex, told officers at one point during the incident she saw the brothers grab each other's heads and "passionately being making out with one another," the documents say. Moments after, Noah Batz ran after her, screaming he was going to kill her, she told police.

She got into her car to get away but Noah Batz allegedly jumped on top of it and began beating on her car.

Court documents also say Timothy Batz tried to pull at one officer's leg and pull off his handcuffs. Noah Batz allegedly ran towards an officer screaming with his fist balled and was immobilized with a stun gun, the newspaper writes.

After the brothers were arrested, authorities went into secure Timothy Batz's apartment and found the door open. Inside, police saw clothing, broken glass, broken dishes on the floor and blood on the walls. They also found a substance that appeared to be marijuana in the bedroom.

According to local news station WISHTV 8, Noah Batz "was originally arrested for battery resulting in injury, disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, intimidation, public indecency, criminal mischief, obscene performance, incest, attempted auto theft and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle." Timothy Batz "was originally arrested for public intoxication, incest, intimidation, obscene performance, disorderly conduct, public indecency, possession of marijuana, resisting law enforcement, attempting auto theft, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief."
