Watch: Darren Criss Tells Conan About the Time He Made Out with a Gay Porn Actor

Actor Darren Criss stopped by "Conan" this week and recalled his time starring in Broadway's "Hedwig & the Angry Inch," confessing that he once unknowingly kissed a gay porn actor.

Criss explained he would pick audience members to kiss during the show and that he'd "target the most conservative-looking straight boys because that's just more fun."

"Kiss is a very polite term," he said. "I would more put my head inside their mouth, basically."

He went on:

"So one night, I remember going for this one dude...and I can't believe I'm telling this story. So after the show, this guy, who I basically roughed up quite a bit, he has makeup on him and everything... And afterwards, he came backstage with somebody who knew somebody from the show, and he was a good sport about it.

"And he seemed very genteel and sort of, 'Gee, that was crazy.' And on the way out, [I was] pleased with myself for giving a rollicking good time to a conservative young man," the actor added.

Criss was surprised to later learn the mild mannered man he kissed was actually a gay porn actor.

"So this guy was putting on airs," Criss said. "He's clearly seen much more than I ever have. Shout out to that young man. Apparently he's very well-liked and if I was going to do that, I only went for the best."

Criss, however, said he didn't get the performer's name.
