ABC Hires Hunky Out Journalist as Foreign Correspondent

Foreign affairs just got a little more interesting.
ABC has hired BBC reporter James Longman as the network's correspondent based at ABC's London office, Deadline reports.
Longman, who is openly gay, has reported from Beirut for the BBC for five years. The 30-year-old journalist is also fluent in French and Arabic and was raised in London and Cairo.
"James has a deep understanding of the Middle East conflict and the complex politics and issues in the region," ABC News President James Goldston said. "He has interviewed families torn apart by war, former ISIS members and jihadists tied to the UK and Europe."
