Watch the 'Drag Race' Season 9 Winner Find Out She Won

To help prevent spoilers leaking online, producers behind "RuPaul Drag Race" film multiple endings on finale night and then show the real ending when it airs on TV. Though Season 9's format was different from past years, with a lip sync challenge determining the winner of the season, the filming of different winners was the same.

After the Season 9 finale aired Friday night, Logo released footage showing the final two queens, Peppermint and Sasha Velour, watching the finale episode live and reacting to the outcome.

Sasha and Peppermint found out with the rest of us who became America's Next Drag Superstar and the winner of $100,000. In the clip, which was filmed at New York's Stage 48, according to New Now Next, Sasha was revealed the winner and embraced Peppermint. She's then seen accepting her giant check and speaking to a crowd:

"Dress up according to your own rules and then break them," she says. "If you want to be a queen, make your own goddamn crowns!"
