'Million Dollar Listing' Star Fredrik Eklund & Husband Expecting Twins

Taking to Instagram Thursday, "Million Dollar Listing" star Fredrik Eklund revealed ot his 864,000 followers that he and his husband, Derek Kaplan, will become fathers and are expecting twins.
In his post, Eklund shared a photo of himself kissing Kaplan on a red sofa with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
"We've been blessed two times over - we're six months pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl!" the Bravo star captioned the photo. "It was important for us to take the time to keep the news for ourselves, but now we are ready to celebrate all the love. We thank you for supporting us in this journey and your well wishes.... We are finally going to be dads! Finally!"
Speaking to Page Six, Eklund added: We are so grateful and thankful, feel so much joy I can't even describe."
Us Weekly reports the couple's surrogate miscarried twins in 2015.
Eklund, a former gay porn star, and Kaplan married in 2013.
