In a FLASH everything changes for Central City's Scarlet Speedster! It's been a real challenge for Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) -- the CSI investigator's world has been turned upside down ever since assuming the role of the "The Flash" -- the Fastest Man Alive! After vanquishing a homicidal speedster named ZOOM from an alternate Earth, The Flash's entire multiverse opened up, so Barry did what any hero would do (right?) and traveled back in time to the most pivotal moment of his life!
Creating this "FlashPoint" event and preventing his arch nemesis the Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher) from murdering his mother, Barry gets the life he's always wanted! In this new "present" both of his parents are alive and Central City has a new protector in Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale), so Barry is free to pursue his one-true love, Iris (Candice Patton). It isn't long before Barry realizes that not everything is exactly as it should be, and unless he does something about it quick -- it'll all be gone in a flash!

In order to stop this new threat Barry must enlist the help of the "Golden Age" Flash, Jay Garrick played by recurring guest star John Wesley Shipp, a super-speedster from the alternate Earth-3 (who also bares a striking resemblance to his recently departed dad), Jesse Quick (Violett Beane) from Earth-2, and Kid Flash, all the while defending Central City (and the multiverse) from dangerous meta-human menaces including The Shade, the alien Dominators, and the return of Gorilla Grodd! Season 3 of "The Flash" also introduced classic rogues Mirror Master and Top!
The 4-disc Blu-ray package includes over two hours of bonus material including exclusive looks at the mega-crossover event that features appearances from the casts of "Arrow," "Supergirl" and "DC's Legends of Tomorrow" as well as Deleted Scenes and a Gag Reel. Several additional featurettes spotlight the villainous Rogues, the making-of Gorilla City, a spectacular look at the musical episode co-starring "Supergirl" Melissa Benoist. An in-depth commentary spotlights a conversation with series creator Andrew Kreisberg and director Kevin Smith.
