Colton Haynes and Jeff Leatham Tie the Knot in Palm Springs

After getting engaged in March, actor Colton Haynes and partner Jeff Leatham officially tied the knot over the weekend, People magazine reports.

Wearing white tuxedo jackets and black bowties, the pair were married in a ceremony in front of 120 guests. Longtime friend Kris Jenner officiated their wedding.

"It's just amazing when you find someone who kind of teaches you to love yourself more," Haynes, 29, told People. "The really great thing about being with Jeff is that since we got together my relationships with my friends have gotten better, my family relationships have gotten better.

"When you learn to really love someone, it's completely life-changing," the "American Horror Story" actor added. "Now we have this beautiful life together and this epic journey ahead."

Among the guests were "Modern Family" stars Sofia Vergara and husband Joe Manganiello, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Melanie Griffith, Lisa Rinna, Chelsea Clinton, Dylan O'Brien, Billie Lourd and Cheyenne Jackson.

"If you can imagine Cher meets a Guns 'N Roses video and that's the theme of the wedding," Leatham, a celebrity florist, told People. "But more than the flowers and decorations, it's really about everyone coming together and everyone you love being within the same room. That was the most important thing for us."

Back in March, Haynes and Leatham announced they were engaged - and they had a little help from Cher!
