Billy Eichner Gets His Own Standup Special on Netflix

Add out comedian Billy Eichner to the long list of standup comedians getting their own special on Netflix!
Eichner's first standup special comes after a successful run with his "Billy on the Street Show," which earned him both a Daytime Emmy Award and a Primetime Emmy Award, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, a filming date nor a title for his special have yet been revealed. The publication adds the comedian's special is expected to be produced in 2018.
Eichner commented on his special via Twitter.
The latest announcement comes after Eichner starred in the recently canceled Hulu comedy series "Difficult People," which he starred alongside comedian Julie Klausner. He also appeared in the latest season of FX's "American Horror Story: Cult." Eichner will also provide the voice for Timon from Disney's live-action version of "The Lion King."
