Olympian Adam Rippon Confirms He's Dating a Guy He Met on Tinder

Bad news for Sally Field's son.

When Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon stopped by "The Ellen Show" last month, he revealed he was going on a date with someone he's been chatting with since September the following day. And it appears thing went well - so much so that the athlete is officially off the market.

Talking to People magazine, Rippon, 28, confirmed he's now dating, calling the relationship "fresh." The man in question? Finland native, Jussi-Pekka Kajaala.

The men met via the dating app Tinder, a friend told the magazine. Rippon told People they've "been talking for the past seven months" but "started to hang out a little bit more, because we were both so busy."

Rippon said the pair made things official about a week or two ago. On Monday, the figure skater took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with Kajaala (shirtless of course!) at Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles, captioning the snap with, "Good boys Finnish first," adding an emoji of Finland's flag.
